The Golden Peacock is a high-end Indian Cuisine Bar and restaurant. They're known for their unique selection of foods and alcoholic drinks. I have created a brand identity that would accurately represent the business.

      To start this project I was given a piece of paper with clip art that would determine what restaurant I would make. I got a peacock. Peacocks are mainly found in India and are an exotic food.

      The Golden Peacock serves unique foods and drinks that are authentic to their Indian culture. But one of their most prioritized menu items is their zero-proof, non-alcoholic beverages. The reason why they offer these is because within the culture some are not allowed to drink alcohol. They wanted the business to be classy, to represent the high-quality food and restaurant environment.

      Design with research

      To start with the designs for this project I created a logo that featured a cocktail glass within a peacock feather to visually represent the name and the restaurant. Afterward, I created a color scheme based on the feathers of a peacock. To tie the brand together I created an additional visual component. It was inspired by textiles directly coming from India. I would use them together as a pattern and individually as a stand-alone element.
